You may be asking, “What if my child is new to CrossFit?” No need to worry. CrossFit Kids/Teens is a modified regimen based on the regular CrossFit program. Each workout, your kids will be participating in fun and engaging movements based on running, drills, games, bodyweight exercises, and Olympic lifts. There will be drills that are specifically designed to help your kids develop critical thinking and reasoning skills, teach them the value of teamwork, develop their leadership skills, and instill confidence.
The idea of CrossFit kids is to provide a fun and safe environment where kids and teens can learn, develop, and grow as athletes while leading a healthy and fit life.
