Athlete Spotlight: Sherri Sanchez
Every month we showcase one of our CrossFit athletes that inspire all of us.
Sherri joined our CrossFit ThunderHawk family as a parent of our dear Little Hawk, Jeremiah, 6 years old. Inspired by our adult program, she decided to join and has been an active member for 7 months! Winner of our first 2019 Nutrition Challenge: Food is Fuel! Sherri lost 6.4 lb in 6 weeks, and 12% body fat! She loved the the nutrition challenge, especially working in a group setting and getting ideas of different ways to eat healthy. What she likes the most about our CrossFit ThunderHawk program is the camaraderie and fun workouts. CrossFit has had a huge impact on her life, allowing her to do what she never expected she could do. Sherri’s favorite healthy choice is cottage cheese with maple syrup (Thanks to coach Anti!) and her newest paleo recipe: sweet potato brownies! Great job Sherri, we are so proud of you!
