Functional Movements

A goal-oriented training program tailored to those who want to achieve a higher skill level. Classes are comprised of a high-intensity, 90-120 min workout, alternating team or individual programs by two of our coaches, Kevin and Sam. This will be coach led but not a regular coaching session, you will have some autonomy to warm up on your own, and we all workout together at 3,2,1 GO! This is available to all members. This program will take you to the next level. Minimum age 14, STARTS AUGUST 1.

Competitors Program

Looking to compete or want to train like you are interested in competing? This more intense program will take your workouts and goals to the next level.

Constantly Varied

In order to be physically fit and prepared for the rigors of what life can throw at you, we need to work on a broad range of skills.  Using the 10 components of fitness as our guide (strength, flexibility, power, endurance, stamina, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy and speed) we produce workouts of the day (WODs) that will keep you constantly challenged while tracking your fitness progress.
