WORKOUT PROGRAMMING For Success
We offer multiple programs in a group fitness class format to meet all skill levels. We can accommodate training for kids, teens, adults, and seniors. All of our programs are able to be modified for all skill levels.
Our flagship CrossFit program follows and teaches the CrossFit ideology – constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity coupled with meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
The CrossFit Thunderhawk Youth (10-13yrs) and Crossfit Kids (6-9yrs) have all the same benefits as our flagship CrossFit program. They follow and teach the CrossFit ideology – constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity coupled with meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.

The Weightlifting (aka Suns Out Buns Out!) program is a linear weight lifting program based on the 5/3/1 program. Each workout centers around a foundational lift on a linear program (meaning the weight increases on the foundational lift each week).
A goal-oriented training program tailored to those who want to achieve a higher skill level. Classes are High Intensity, 90-120 min, alternating team or individual program by two of our coaches, Kevin and Sam.
This program is meant to develop an athlete’s technical skills in the core Olympic lifts as well as develop whole body strength.
