Recipe of the Month: First Day Back to School Breakfast
- 1-2 eggs
- Handful of spinach
- 1 spoon coconut oil or grass fed butter
- 4 oz almond milk
- Precooked oatmeal
- 2 spoons honey
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 spoon chia seed
- Fresh berries
- Sauté spinach and scramble the eggs together.
- Boil almond milk and oatmeal, lower heat to medium, add honey and cinnamon to taste. Stir until creamy texture.
- Serve, sprinkle chia seeds to oatmeal, add a side of fresh berries.
