Athlete Spotlight: Kiara
Every month we showcase one of our CrossFit Teens athletes that inspire all of us.
Kiara resumed Crossfit ThunderHawk this summer with only one goal in mind, to be fit before back to school! She made the decision to join CrossFit again to lose weight, feel stronger and better prepare herself for basketball season this fall. She has found a passion for squats and doubleunders as she achieved a PR! Kiara has been one of our most consistent athletes this summer, despite wearing a wrist cast! In addition to CrossFit training at least 3 times a week, she started food logging to achieve her goals. Shout out to Dr. Gallegos for supporting her in this journey! Kiara has lost over 6 pounds this summer! Favorite snack is apples and peanut butter. Kiara’s determination is very inspiring! Keep the good work, Kiara!
