As a CrossFit athlete for the past four years, a stepmom, wife, and huge proponent of inspiring kids to establish healthy habits, I realized I wanted to be more involved in the CrossFit Kids community. I wanted to have a direct impact on the next generation and help teach them how to live an active, healthy lifestyle and coaching the CrossFit Kids program allows me to do just that. My hobbies outside of CrossFit include snowboarding, wakeboarding, hunting, fishing, and reading. I am passionate about staying fit, eating natural foods, and living life to the fullest. In addition to coaching, I am also a graduate student, a content marketer, and entrepreneur. I am thrilled to be part of a bigger cause and help grow the CrossFit Kids and Teens program.
