What Is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit Thunderhawk Kids and Teens fitness program is designed specifically to promote a lifelong love for fitness! Our program is dedicated to developing strength and conditioning, emphasizing natural and consistent movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Healthy living requires that children and teens to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump effectively and safely, regardless of whether they are in school or club sports.
CrossFit Thunderhawk Kids and Teens enhances sports performance with fewer injuries. Our constantly varied fitness makes our program perfect for every child from the less active to the competitive soccer player. It presents an alternative to an inactive lifestyle associated with chronic illnesses such as childhood obesity and Type 2 Diabetes.
Supporting Our Youth
The CrossFit Thunderhawk Kids and Teens program stimulates neurodevelopment and, at the same time, supports age-appropriate physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs. We focus on teamwork, confidence building, good movement, but most importantly, fun!
Our commitment is to provide a safe environment with close supervision by professionally trained CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainers and CrossFit Kids Trainers who are also health care providers with expert training in first aid and preventive care.

Integrates training in various athletic fields including endurance, Olympic lifting, Strongman, and gymnastic skills, scalable to any physical ability.
Supports your child’s natural athletic skills in any sport as well as provides the opportunity to non-athletic individuals to develop the confidence in their fitness level as an athlete.
